My background is in electrical controls, initially from the conveyor industry, but more robustly from power generation. In addition to my electrical engineering background, I have gained industry knowledge of mechanical, civil and structural engineering through my leadership of those disciplines. This has afforded me opportunities to learn a wide variety of the work that makes up our operations. As I begin leadership of each new team, I look for opportunities to improve employee skills and the teams'​ services. One of my major accomplishments is starting a large technology integration initiative to move Gas Operations away from paper and into mobile, electronic work methods. This has grown into a sustainable technology plan that has engaged many support organizations.
